Camping applications are to be submitted to the Will Ervin Committee at the above address from January 1 through March 31, 2012. Applications will not be accepted after the deadline date of March 31, 2012.

In the event the camper cancels or withdraws from camp after the scholarship has been awarded, the Will Ervin Memorial Committee is to be notified immediately and the scholarship is to be returned to the committee at the above address.
