Richlands United Methodist Church would like to extend Congratulations to the birth of Blaine Matthew Orr,  born to Alex and Melaney Shipp Orr and little brother, Alexander. He was born Friday, December 30, 2011 at 1:11 pm, weighing 8 pounds 15 ounces and 21 ¼ inches long. He is the grandson to Frank and Priscilla Orr, Worth and Debbie Shipp, and great-grandson of Rev. and Mrs. Don Strong.
